OverView:
Banner Health, Arizona's largest non-profit healthcare provider has an opportunity for an experienced Biomedical - Diagnostic Imaging Senior Project Consultant. This position provides technical expertise used to develop and implement equipment plans for capital projects throughout the organization at a senior level. This position is distinguished from others either by technical expertise in a particular area and/or by ownership of regional operational responsibility for a functional area of equipment planning or support.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall equipment planning and support. Supports the development and review of business plans, provides direct project mgmt. support and clinical engineering expertise to major projects, establishes and manages equipment plans with budgets etc.

Qualifications:
Must possess a strong knowledge of technology and/or engineering as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or related field. Requires five years medical equipment maintenance or project mgmt. experience in a hospital environment. Certification in a technical or clinical professional trade is preferred. The ability to design and implement complex medical equipment installations, build business plans and supervise staff is essential. Highliy effective verbal, written and computer skills essential.
