Responsible for the nursing care of patients in the OB Department utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation according to established hospital procedures. Provides direction and supervision to staff as needed. Collaborates with other healthcare providers.
As such, the individuals responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following activities: Assessment, Medication Administration, Documentation, Care Planning/Coordination, Patient/Family/Staff Education. Age of Population Served: Neonate, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Sufficient previous clinical experience to perform duties/responsibilities. Current RN license. CPR certification. Basic computer skills, preferred.
