Job Description:
 

The Care Center Director is responsible for the administration of a Care Center which includes overall planning for nursing and operations for all Care Center programs to ensure implementation of the mission, philosophy, patient care standards, quality assessment and improvement program, budget plan and resources to enhance the quality of patient care.
Also assumes responsibility for the overall strategic plan for care center operations, personnel management, annual goals and objectives, and fiscal targets.

Job Qualifications:
 

1.
Licensure:
New York State License as a registered professional nurse with current registration
2.
Education:
Master's degree in Nursing; doctorate preferred.
3.
Experience:
Demonstrated expertise in her/his clinical practice area and management of a nursing/hospital division.
4.
Physical stamina, dexterity, visual and aural acuity to perform responsibilities.
