Certified as a Nursing Assistant by the Texas Department of Health OR at least 5 years work experience in an acute care hospital as a Nursing Assistant.
Ability to understand written instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations. Demonstrates skills for a Medical Unit.
Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process and the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process.
