POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

High Dollar Option
* 10 shifts per month
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule
* 1 major and 1 minor Holiday based on approved CHW Holiday schedule
* Float Pool rate adjustment ( all shift differentials apply)
* Retirement package only
* No PTO or EIB accruals/No health and welfare benefits
* Entitled to extra shift policy
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
1. ADN, Diploma, BSN or foreign equivalent
2. Two year Level 3 experience preferred
3. Previous experience with personal computers preferred
4. One year experience in couplet care

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
1. Current AZ State RN License in good standing
2. Current BLS healthcare provider card
3. Current NRP card to be obtained within 6 months of hire
