SUMMARY:    

Performs basic data collection in documenting and identifying deviations.  Performs routine patient care assignments using established standards of care.


Qualifications

Minimum Education:            Graduate of an approved program of practical nursing with an Associates degree.

 

Minimum Experience:            No previous experience is required; 1 to 2 years of job-related experience is preferred.

 

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:            Licensed as LPN in S.C.
