Regional Dialysis Home Therapies Manager

Division:  Fresenius Medical Services

Provides leadership, guidance, clinical subject matter expertise and support to Home Therapy program operations with regards to the care and training of home patients. Supports the organization and development of new and existing Home Therapies programs in the assigned regions or Business Unit.
Analyzes and tracks growth of all Home Therapies initiatives and patient census within these assigned regions orBusiness Unit. Identifies trends, potential issues providing full reports of analyses to the pertinent Business Unit field management.Collaborates with BU personnel to identify opportunities to grow the Home Therapies program.Works with the BU Market Development group and other BU personnel to promote FMCNA facilities and services to physicians and encouraging patient referrals within guidelines established by company policies and government regulations.

Requirements
 

At least 3 years experience in managing and leading Dialysis Home Therapies Programs.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
CNN or CHN preferred.
Current appropriate state license.
Demonstrated leadership skills including, but not limited to communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement.
Demonstrated management skills necessary to provide leadership in the supervision of dialysis personnel and to ensure the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients.
Competent at operating all Home Therapies related equipment.
Successfully complete CPR Certification with maintenance as required.
Must meet the necessary requirements of Ishiharas Color Blindness test as a condition of employment.
