Our Trauma Program Manager will lead our Trauma Services team in our fast paced high acuity Level II Trauma Cente. The Trauma Program is located at St. John Medical Center a 550 bed tertiary facility with a 36 bed Emergency Department. The ED sees 60,000 patients a year and provided care for 1250 Trauma patients in 2008.

We are looking for someone with trauma service experience who has a passion for the trauma program and who is creative and innovative in program management. Must have a collaborative spirit and is able to communicate well with Physician, Nurses and peers. This position provides the opportunity to be involved on a city wide as well as a regional basis. You will lead a dynamic team of trauma registrars, Community Educator and a PI coordinator.
MSN or MBA required. CNS preferred. TNCC provider and instructor preferred.
