Responsible for assisting the licensed nurse in providing direct care to patients. Assists the patient by meeting hygiene needs, toileting needs; nutritional needs, skin care needs and in performing activity of daily living with the goal of maximizing the patient's independence. Works under the direct supervision of the licensed staff and reports to the unit Clinical Manager
