Job Summary:
The Case Manager performs utilization review on all payor sources according to Interqual criteria, coordinates discharge plans with patients and their families for all payor sources, and assists in assuring that appropriate care is continued for all patients after discharge.

Requirements: - Must have experience in the medical field with knowledge of utilization and/or discharge planning- Current Registered Nurse License or experience as a foreign physician.
