Spine Center Manager
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering the managerial functions of setting objectives, planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the activities to produce
excellence in all aspects of service, outcome and cost.
Responsible for assisting development of clinical pathways for the spine patients. Reviews timelines and findings of prior diagnostic testing.
Responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of pre and post-operative educational programs for the patients served. Provides 24/7 telephone access to patients
for questions and early problem solving.

Requirements for this job:
Must have a Masters in Nursing
Current license in the state of practice
Must have CPR and ACLS training
Must have 2 years experience in Ortho/Neuro/Rehab services specifically with Spinal Care
Prefer APN/ARNP experience in Spinal Care
Prefer Case Management experience
Must have strong Interpersonal skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Education skills, Leadership/Management skills
